problem

A task can be opened read only. Either because the users wants to do that or because another user is using the task.

Without visual review segment editing is correctly disabled in a read only task.

But in a visual review task (simple mode and detailed mode) the segment is editable! This should not be! Here should be the same behaviour as without visual review!

Although the segment is not saveable (the user gets a error message from the server) this should be fixed immediately!
