Improve updater so that admin is informed if a non public plug-in must be updated manually

      On installing an update, the updater should compare the list of plugins in the given ZIP file, with the plugins on the harddisk.

      If there are some plugins on the disk, which are not in the zip, this should be printed as a warning: Please update Plug-In XY manually!
