Error on TBX parsing

On importing a TBX with a task, the error below occured. Andreas said, that he suspects, that the reason is, that the TBX contains languages that are not defined in LEK_languages. If this is the case, then we have to improve the error handling for this case.

Please use the new errorhandling procedures for implementation.
