Editor-only usage (embedded translate5) was not working properly due JS errors

      problem

      When enabling editor only usage and not changing the ACLs to disable the headpanel, this is leading to JS errors.

      solution

      1. Ensure that head panel is only accessed if available
      2. HeadPanel Controller is not loaded if editorViewPort = Editor.view.ViewPortSingle
