SpellCheck impedes TrackChanges for CTRL+V and CTRL+. into empty segments

Problem:

• make sure that both the TrackChange- and th SpellCheck-Plugin are active.
• open a lectoring task with an empty segment.
• open the empty segment.
• insert some content via CTRL+V or CTRL+.
• the inserted content is not marked as INS by TrackChanges.

The problem does NOT occur with

• typing
• CTRL+1 for a match
• doubleclick on match

Solution:

• run TrackChanges BEFORE the SpellCheck starts
