In a new installation the default roles of users should be adjusted to current situation

The roles of PM should look as follows:

editor,instantTranslate,termCustomerSearch,pm

Then there should be a new demo default user called "admin" with the roles

admin,editor,instantTranslate,termCustomerSearch,pm

This user should also be reflected on www.translate5.net
