Remove message for unsupported browser for MS Edge

      Currently still MS Edge users see a message, that their browser is officially not supported and they should choose another. This message should be removed.

      1. MS Edge should be listed as supported Browser, so no message should appear.
      2. The texts and config of supported browsers must be changed: IE 9 and 10 are not supported anymore.
