A switch in the task properties should be introduced, that (un)locks 100%-Matches in the task with the same conditions as the switch in the import dialogue.

Since the autopropagated and locked segment properties are saved on the import time, we should be able to calculate the editable and the segment autostate the same way as when the segment is imported (see: editor_Models_Import_FileParser::setCalculatedSegmentAttributes)
