Enhance error messages, if Okapi throws an error.

      The attached txt-file throws the errors that can be seen in the attached screen on import.

      The error messages should be changed as the screen outlines.

      The cause for the error seems to be an Okapi bug and that the file actually is a CSV file that should be imported as such.
