problem

In the language resource task assoc panel there are only two checkboxes visible for language resource types which are updateable (like OpenTM2).

For other, non updateable checkboxes there is no second check-box, but the area is still clickable. See screenshot.

Also after clicking the "invisible checkbox" the entry is saved as updateable (in the AJAX call "segmentsUpdateable":true. )

I did not check the backend if the flag is saved into the DB.

Todos:

1. prevent that the column is clickable if the language resource type is not updateable
2. ignore the segmentsUpdateable field on the assoc entry saving in the backend, if the language resource does not support that
