Remove SpellCheck-Markup in TrackChange's DEL-Nodes right away

For example:

• Edit a segment with SpellCheck and TrackChanges activated.
• Add some content and produce a typo that gets marked by the SpellCheck.
• Select everything in the segment and delete it.
• Within the DEL-nodes, all SpellCheck-markup should be gone right away.
