Term process status is not updated on tbx import

    Description

      Problem

      On tbx import, the term processStatus is not updated from the term attribute processStatus value.

      To reproduce

      • import tbx with processStatus attirbute is unprocessed
      • open this term in the termportal
      • the term is not marked as proposal (with yellow)
