Currently if you open a segment for editing and then press CTRL+ENTER (or other shortcuts) the segment editor stays where it is and the next segment is opened in it and the segment table below it scrolls automatically.

This should stay in general.

Yet if above the opened segment are not at least 2 segments, the segment editor should not stay where it is, but the segment table should stay (and not scroll) and the next segment should be opened in the segment editor right where it is at the moment. Exception: This should only happen if at least one segment after the newly opened segment is also visible.
