To reproduce:

• add a term and save it
• add a comment
• click on the button to save the comment

Result: The Comment is saved, but the message about the required comment pops up anyway.

In addition: Please change the text on the button in the pop-up that points to the required comment from "Yes" to "Ok".

Also: When we edit a comment that already exists and click "cancel", we empty the current content and then show the mandatory-message again. This needs to be fixed, too.
