Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to add:

• taskname
• target-language (can also be used to point to countries, e.g. „en-US“)
• start date
• end-date
• average processing time *)
• number of excel-exports

*) Only tasks that already do have an end-date are to be included.

1. Excel-Export

In the task overview, a new button „Export meta data“ is added between „Add task“ und „Refresh“.

Clicking this button starts the export of an Excel-file:

• This file shows the content of all task-overview-columns the user is using currently (task-metadata).
• These columns appear in the same order as in the task-overview.
• From these columns, only the visible data is exported (no content from tool-tipps etc).
• Only those tasks are exported that are currently filtered in the task-overview (= not only those currently visible, but including those that would be visible in the next steps of the paging).
• A second table-sheet in the Excel-file lists
  • which filters have been set for creating this Excel-file,
  • the average processing time,
  • the percentage of excel-exports for the included tasks.

2. Task overview

According to the currently filtered tasks, the task-overview also shows

• the average processing time and
• the percentage of excel-exports

on top next to the buttons.
