Error code error logging in visual review

      Problem

      In the visul review plugin the old error logging is used. Create appropriate error codes for the visual review exceptions.

      Ex: when this exception happens: 'Plugin Visual Review failed on transforming the pdf to a html file', the user is not informed about the error.
