Pixel length check: Handle characters with unkown pixel length

It can happen, that in a pixel-based length check not for all characters a pixel length is defined in the configuration file.

If this is the case, the length check should:

• assume the largest width that is defined for the currently used font as width for the character
• log a warning-level log entry into the task log
