Reset the task tbx hash when assigned termcollection to task is updated

Problem

The task tbx meta hash value is not updated when one the assigned term collection to a task is updated.

Solution

When a termcollection is updated, find all tasks which has the TC assigned then set the tbxHash of that tasks to null.
