Remove message that tells the user, that IE 11 is a slow browser, when he uses it.

Instead add IE 11 to the browsers, that get the message shown about an unsupported browser.

Make sure, that all current versions of Firefox, Chrome, Edge and Safari DO NOT get the message about unsupported browser and will not in the future.
