It should be possible to enter an installation specific third accordion element to the left column in the translate5 editor area.

It should display an iframe and the content is fetched from an URL defined in the system configuration.

If the additional accordion element is displayed or not and where it points to should be over-writable, as soon as overwriting system configuration by client or task is implemented.
