MemoQ unfortunately does not stick to standard xliff 1.2 syntax for comments, but has its own format.

Inside a trans-unit you find this syntax:

Currenty if in memoq-xiff the appliesTo attribut says "row", in the comment it says "annotates row column; from SourceFile".

In general I would say, that this addition disturbes more than it does help and we should remove it.

In addition: If there is the entitiy " in the comment, this looks good in the right panel, but not in the tool-tip over the bubble icon in the "processing status" column and also not in the comment column.
