InstantTranslate file translation: Segments stay empty, if no translation is provided

if you currently log into demo.translate5.net as user manager2 and translate the attached document with instantTranslate from DE to EN, than your file is completely empty after the translation. The reason for this is, that due to TRANSLATE-2015 no MT resource is associated to the task and the accidentally associated TermCollections do not provide any translation for the segments.

(IP: Empty translations can be returned every time now, because we changed the procudure in TRANSLATE-2007: instead of stopping a translation when a LanguageResource doesn't return a result, we now continue.) (IP 2020-04-15: Update after testing: If no translation is found, InstantTranslate in general returns "No results found", and for filetranslation returns the source. Everything is as expected.)

(For Filetranslation only: ) In cases where no LanguageResource provides a translation, the source of the segment should be provided instead of emptying the segment.
