Description
- In the translate5 GUI where you can assign a user to a task you can set segment ranges for each user, that are editable for this user
- All other segments that are not assigned to this user will not be editable for him then
- translate5 will list for the PM all segments, that are currently NOT assigned to any user, so that he can see, which segments he still has to assign to someone
