Show task-id and segment-id in URL and enable to access a task via URL (sponsored by Supertext)

In the URL you should be able to see a task-id and current segment-id, when editing a task.

Sending this URL to another translator, that has the right to view or edit the task should enable him to open it even if he is not logged in when accessing the URL. Therefore the information must be passed through the login process.

Also it must be able to pass the information through the openid-connect process.

Before this issue is implemented we have the following routes in the task overview:
1. http://translate5.local/editor#task/1610/filter (this will apply id filter with value 1610 in task overview grid)

The routs should look like this:
1. http://translate5.local/editor#task/1386/edit (open task for editing)
2. http://translate5.local/editor#task/1386/1/edit (open task for editing and focus segment)
