Description

It will be possible to preset the task user assignments on client level.

Changes in first tab of client configuration / Creating of a fourth tab "OpenID Connect"

The first tab will be renamed to EN: "General" and DE: "Allgemein".

The complete content of the "OpenID connect" fieldset will be moved to a new fourth tab "OpenID Connect" (rename "OpenId to OpenID everywhere in translate5). There will be no fieldset in this fourth tab anymore, but the content of the field set will be the content of this new tab.

The transalte5 domain field stays in the first tab (this field is not only used for the openId, ipbased authentication uses this field to).

Moving and renaming current 2nd tab with client "system configuration overwrites"

The current second tab with the client overwrites of system config will stay as it is regarding its contents but moved to the third tab position. It will be renamed to EN: "System configuration overwrites" / DE: "Überschreibung der Systemkonfiguration".

Creating a new second tab "Task user assignments / add window to task import wizard

A new tab will be created in the second position of the tabs named EN: "User assignment defaults", DE: "Standard-Benutzerzuweisungen".

What needs to be done shows the following GUI sketch. The same functionality is added as future second or third window to the import wizard (second or third, what is easier; third if it does not matter). In the wizard the fields are pre-set with the configuration set in the client area.

If it makes sense to reuse the component from the task properties window is an architecture decision done by development team.

Tidy up user management

The client field in the user edit window of the user management and the column clients in the user management are renamed to EN: "Clients InstantTranslate & TermPortal", DE: "Kunden InstantTranslate & TermPortal".

An info icon is placed behind the label with the text

EN: "User has the right to use those language resources in InstantTranslate & TermPortal, that are assigned to the same clients, as the user is assigned to here."
DE: "Der Benutzer hat das Recht, die Sprachressourcen in InstantTranslate & TermPortal zu nutzen, die denselben Kunden zugeordnet sind, denen der Benutzer hier zugeordnet ist."

The form field group "Auto-Assignment" is removed completely, including the code it uses in front-end and back-end.
