Integrate ModelFront with translate5

ModelFront should be integrated to do risk prediction for MT matches in translate5.

This works as follows:

• Every segment that has been pre-translated against MT is sent to ModelFront
• The risk prediction of ModelFront is converted to the match rate scheme (best 100%, worst 0%) and is written into the match rate field of the segment (later on this might more sense to write into a dedicated column, but for this we need feedback and experiences from users, what works best; a conversion script for existing jobs will then be an easy task)
• The integration is developed as a plug-in, that is part of the public release
• A MT-match that is shown in the fuzzy match panel should also show the risk prediction of ModelFront as a rate
• Write documentation in confluence
