Able to save Language-Resource without name

      Problem

      The Add new language resources form allows submission without resource name to be provided. Also when assigning more then one customer to the language resource, only the last customer is saved. Additional problem with default customers in the new resources form: the selected default customers are not saved when new language resources is created.
