From now on we will write code in translate5 that does not work at all any more in IE11.

Therefore we have to communicate to IE11 users, that try to log in, that their browser is not supported any more.

Please implement a server-side check, that redirects IE11 users after log-in to a static HTML-page, that explains, that IE11 is no longer supported.

So we avoid any errors in initializing ExtJs, that might lead to IE users only seeing a rootcause error.
