Description
The Visual Review should consist of 2 frames side by side:
- The left frame ("original") shows the review in the state it was imported (with the untranslated / not-edited contents)
- The right Frame ("live preview") shows the review with all translated segments applied
- In the original there is no interaction possible apart from highlighting of the found segments and clicking on them to scroll the segment table and the right frame with the live-preview to the clicked segment
- The live-preview works as the visual review works currently (text in the live preview always reflects the current state in the target column of the segment table)
- Original and live-preview can be zoomed and scrolled independently
- On the border between the frames the frames can be resized horizontally
- With an PDF import, the original holds the segmented output of pdfToHtmlEx whereas the live-preview holds the reflown segmented output. This ensures, that the original has a perfect layout and the user can also see the source / unchanged content in the layout
- With all other imports (HTML, XML/XSLT) the source of both Frames is identical, but stilll in the left frame the contents are not changed from the imported ones.
- In Case of a failure in the Text-Reflow when importing PDFs, the live-preview feature will be deactivated and the review is the single frame, non live-editing review
