Locking of repeated segments is not always working

Locking of repeated segments is not always working when using multiple parallel working users and assign ranges to them.

What should be also done along the fix for the above problem:

Add an info to the editable segments (users segment range) info tooltip, that repetitions (auto propagate) is working across range boundaries.
