Improve Segmentation for Visual Reviews: Respect Word-Boundries, respect Upper/Lowercase

The Segmentation may identifies parts of words as words especially when the visual review contains more text than the segmentation or segments could not be found. Reason is, that word-boundries are not respected nor Upper/Lowercase. It may be sufficient to solve the word-boundries issue, the Upper/Lowercase thing then shoul be negligible then.
