With every segment save or segment update to nec-Tm the filename parameter must be send in the future, otherwise segments that translate5 creates in NEC-TM will never be exported on TMX export.

As a value we will always send the translate5 domain name as filename content on these requests with non-alpha-numeric characters replaced by underscores.
