Visitor assignments disturb automatic workflow step calculation, workflow step progress and finishing of a task

      Finishing a visitor assignment seems to be possible, but is not fully implemented. This leads to multiple problems.

      There should not be any finishing functionality at all for a visitor assignment.

      Also it should not interfer with the workflow step calculation or the workflow step progress calculation of the other workflow steps - what it currently does.
