Tag verification on segment save

    Description

      This is new to translate5.

      • On saving a segment translate5 will check, if a tag misses or is placed in a wrong order.
      • If yes, the segment can not be saved.
      • The error message shows, what exactly is wrong.
      • The tags in the segment can be restored by using STRG-Z or the revision history (as soon as the revision history is done).
