Propose pontential translations while you type

This feature is only possible with MT resources, that support it. The main effort for the implementation is on MT side.

Goal is, that after each whitespace that is typed, the MT is requested for adjusted proposals for fuzzy-matches.

The part, that already is not already in the segment of the proposal should be highlighted and if the match is taken over, only the highlighted part of the segment is put after the current cursor position.
