Accept and reject TrackChanges

• In each case by the current user:
  • Changes in the segment can be accepted/rejected by right mouse click on the change.
  • Changes can be accepted/rejected for a segment as a whole
  • Whether a user is allowed to do this or not can be defined for a role in the user to workflow association config (on client-level, task-import-level and task-level)
  • Whether a user is allowed to see the changes made in previous workflow-steps or not can be defined for a role in the user to workflow association config (on client-level, task-import-level and task-level)

To accept/reject changes can for the task as a whole is postponed. Instead it is possible to configure, what workflow role will see the trackchanges of previous workflow steps (see above).

We add to the tooltip, that appears on hovering across the TrackChanges mark-up the following text below the current content in the tooltip with one empty line in between

=> The tooltip of the trackChanges button in the view modes drop-down is also changed to this text

We add a new button tool bar below the main tool bar for segment editing buttons in the top right and above the tool bar for adding whitespace tags.

It contains the following buttons:

• Accept change and select next change in workflow
  (if no change is left in the current segment, this also saves the segment and jumps to the next segment with changes in the workflow (so not edited so far in the current workflow step) and places the cursor at the start of the next change there). So I guess to implement this there needs to be a new hidden column "segment has trackchanges"
• Accept change
  (cursor stays, where it is)
• Reject change and select next change in workflow
