Export and re-import MemoQ project package

Be able to export a project package from translate5, translate it in MemoQ and reimport it in translate5.

Since MemoQ should support TIPP Version 1.5, it should be checked, if this would be an easier way to go for, since this is a semi-standard. The a lot of the "translate5 projectForward" functionality could be reused. The same would then be true for an XTM round-trip.
