problem

If Okapi / Spellcheck is not running, on import the user currently sees the error messages in the attached screen only in the sys log after doing the import

Instead the error message should simply state, that the okapi / Spellcheck / whatever service is not running.

solution

• UI example see additional screenshot-1.png
• We should not check the services periodical in each instance, we should just react in the instances on failures (DOWN state)
• Additionally for hosted instances we should hijack via mittagqi plugin to display the status URL of the hosting
