On smaller screens the close button of the help window (and also the "do not show again" checkbox) were not visible.

The auto popup help window may to big on small screens, so that it can not be closed and/or the "save settings" checkbox (that the window do not popup again) is not visible too.
The current window size should be the maxsize, but the window should not be bigger as the view port.
