start import may only triggered after pre-translation / analysis operation was done

    • The import should be started after the pre-translation was completly configured. Currently this may run in parallel which can lead to problems.

      The frontend should call the importAction after the pre-translation / analysis request was done and providing a result, not in a parallel way (via Ajax).
