Recording of creator and modifier of attributes / history tables

For each attribute (on termEntry-, language- and term-level) it is recorded by the TermPortal, who did create it or last modify it and when.

In the GUI the information is offered as a tooltip behind a sense-making icon.
 

Regarding to the 'Creator' and 'Modifier':

for the levels (Term, Language and  Entry) - this info should be visually displayed in the same way as attributes

for the attributes themselves - this should be displayed in tooltips, showing on hovering on the icons after the value

Also for every change of an existing term or attribute, the existing entry should be moved to the corresponding history table (terms_term_history or terms_attributes_history). Those table should reflect the table structure of the tables they stem from (terms_terms and terms_attributes)
