The web assets of instanttranslate and termportal should update in the browsers cache after an update of translate5.

Please adopt the version parameter attached to each JS and CSS file in the translate5 index.phtml to the phtmls of termportal.

This ensures an automatic reload of the JS files after an update of the system.
