Rename LEK_term_proposals and LEK_term_attribute_proposal tables and usages

      LEK_term_proposals and LEK_term_attribute_proposal db tables renamed to terms_proposal
      and terms_attributes_proposal, respectively

      LEK_term_proposals and LEK_term_attribute_proposal db tables renamed to terms_proposal and terms_attributes_proposal, respectively

      Create an sql migration file that will rename tables:

      `LEK_term_proposals` to `terms_proposal` 

      `LEK_term_attribute_proposal` to `terms_attributes_proposal`

       

      Also all usages should be replaced accordingly in the source code
