Description
The information if a plug-in is active or not, is not stored anymore in the main configuration, but in a separate table. This is needed to distinguish if a Plugin is not-installed or installed (DB files executed or not) and if a plug-in is installed it can be enabled or disabled then, keeping still the database modifications of the plug-in enabled.
