Remove images from disk on collection delete

      • Delete term collection images, after the term collection is deleted.
      • make images to be loaded by termportal using php-proxy, instead of using symlinks, because currently the releases are deployed using zip-files, but zip-files do not support symlinks
      • Also prevent that files are newly saved to disk on each reimport of the TBX
      • also implemented purge functions to remove orphaned files on the disk
      • refactored the code for better code re-usability, removed the unneeded TBX objects (only senseful in a termEntry) for the file import
