changes of reviewer not listed in workflow mail

      on personal-demo.translate5.net the user proofreader3 did change one segment and afterwards did finish this task

      The PM and the next users got a workflow change mail, yet it said "no segments changed in workflow" - what is not true. The changed segments should be listed.
