Improve the step names and translations of the complex workflow

Description
The names of the workflow steps of the complex workflow should be changed as follows:
- Step 1: Übersetzung / Translation
- Step 2-5 for EN: Stays as they are
- Step 2 DE: 1. Lektorat (sprachlich)
- Step3 DE: 1. Lektorat (technisch)
- Step 4 DE: 2. Lektorat (sprachlich)
- Step 5 DE: 2. Lektorat (technisch)
- Step 6: Text approval / Textfreigabe
- Step 7: External DTP (read-only inside translate5)/ Externes DTP (nur Leserechte in translate5)
- Step 8: Final text approval / Finale Textfreigabe
