Currently it is not possible to delete a language resource, if it is still associated with tasks.

If this is the case, in the future a pop-up should open that asks:

"The language resource is still connected to the following list of tasks. Should it be deleted anyway?"

Yes / No

Below that the associated tasks should be listed.
