Erroneously used segment ranges leads to locked task

      problem

      The segment ranges fields does not check Syntax, so in that case a erroneously copied in dead line date was leading to a locked task.

      solution

      1. Check the syntax of the entered ranges
      2. If only for one user ranges are defined, set for the other users an empty text "Nothing editable" if no range set (so if feature is enabled)
