In German the special char Ä or ä should be sorted after A or a. And accordingly for Ü ü and Ö ö. And ß schould be after s.

This can be achieved by

SELECT * FROM test ORDER BY name COLLATE latin1_german2_ci;

Similar things should be implemented for all major European languages with their special chars, alos the cyrillic ones.

When implementing this it must be checked on large test data (the HMI_Sicherung), if this effects performance.
